Engine and Bottom End / EN- LIGHTEN me please. Regulator/rectifier install. No lights.

Hey guys , need some advice here. I picked up an 89 ,330esr ,its set up as a race bike . Problem is ill be using it on trails and occasionally at night.. there's no lights on it at all right now and no regulator/rectifier How do I install a regulator/rectifier.i bought one from Amazon. 4wires , red is pwr in i assume then a ground and 2 (same coloured) output wires , i assume..Also I picked up a factory style kill/light switch that needs to be installed into the mix. And 36w of led lights..
Thats it.
Id appreciate any help.
