I voted August. Kids go back to school late August and don't want them to miss much school. July works as well. Rather it be a non-holiday.

Have most everything done. Need to trim out the attic access and door, and install single car roll up on the back side. Been a lot of work but fairly happy with it. Now just need to get everything put away.

33 here. Seems like a lot of the kids have moved on to FB. Wish I rode more then I do but with two younger kids I don't get out as much.

Epoxy for the floor is ordered as well as cabinets. Hope to get everything done and prepped this week so I can coat the floor next weekend. Oh, and also taking out the man door and installing a single car roll up. Will have a shop/shed in back yard and toyhauler is on the side of house. So it will be nice to easily get things through.

Garage is underway. Couldn't stand not being able to get to my stuff.

Got the little man tearing down sheetrock.



Sheetrock is all out. Will do some minor wiring tomorrow and add insulation.

Couple pics of the rest. Kitchen was just quickly painted. Will be redone next year. Cables for TV are temporary until I drop wires in the walls.

Thanks for the heads up on the traffic. I'll be coming down Sat early morning.

When it is windy I like to park into the wind. That way the exhaust doesn't get filled with sand.

House is coming along. Have all the painting done. Carpets in. Baseboards and trim are done in the rooms with carpet. Hardwood floor guys do their thing next 4 days. Hang doors Sunday/Monday then to Hawaii for a week. I'll get some pics when the floors are done.
