Engine and Bottom End / esr trx11b center mount pipe on 431 puma?
« on: September 12, 2013, 09:03:29 PM »
Anyone tried to run a trx11 pipe on a puma and what type of results did you get? Getting kinda tired of the out of frame pipes and most of the big bore inframe pipes look like crap to me but I like the esr11 pipe or ftz. Might have to make the header and stinger bigger though? Any thoughts, ideas, suggestions are welcome. thanks

if you could just measure from the top of the cylinder down to the top of the exhaust with a pair of calipers and get the same measurement to the top of the transfers. that would be great.

who holds that 4.23 record? was it franks old 295, I think that ran some 4.2's in gilbert a couple years back. I thought danas 370 went 4.1's too but maybe not a track on the list?

I like the dunes too but this is just the reason I love the strip, you get busted every time if you cheat. You really know how you run against the guy next to you if its heads up. I cant stand that creeping cheating crap, how can you possibly feel good about winning if you cheated?

That liger was hauling ass and I wondered if it was just me or if that group has some creepers. Hard to know how your doing out there when some people just seem to take off when they feel like it. That 3 wheeler does it the worst, lol. Awesome weekend though, cant wait to do it again in a couple weeks!

XC / Michigan trails
« on: July 31, 2013, 04:14:11 AM »
The trails in baldwin are awesome, theyre wide and groomed with a gas station you can drive to kinda middle ish. We usually stay at the north country campground, which you can ride straight to the trails. There is a big O and a little o and you can combine them for a longer ride. There is a bike shop near by called pea**** and an excellent diner, club m37 we always hit for dinner as well as mother cuboards for breakfast.
