A zilla LRD pipe can be made to fit a trx frame but some fab is involved.

Thanks, Maxx

If you still have your honduki frame we may have to talk. How is your bug coming along?

Yep still have the frame tucked away.
Bug is slow going a lot of fab work. Picked up a pinto engine out of a rail for it and a 091 trans :)

Going from .195" to .235" is an increase in DIAMETER of 20.5%

Going from .195" to .235" is an increase in AREA of 45%

If there are not any restrictions above or below the .235 diameter hole you should have an increase in VOLUME (flow rate) of about 45%.

Running a CR250 petcock that has been drilled out is a cheap mod for those on a budget. You lose the res though.

My set up is from caswell plating. Works good for me but sandblasting sucks a$$. I've found to use paint stripper first then follow up with sand or glass bead is the fastest. I use a standard home oven but for longer stuff like extended swingarms I cut a race can sized hole in the door and used a insulated race fuel can to extend the door out. It gets strange looks and comments like what's a can of fuel coming out of your oven for...but it works. For hanging parts, I took one of the extra oven grates and hung it 1" from the top of the oven so hooks and wire are easy to hang. Good luck.

LED Performance / LRD TRX 250B Pipes

Too bad you can't dedicate some stampings for a few zilla pipes. When the LRD pipes surface they don't last long and go for top $. - J
