I would run a 22" if I ran rocky terrain or really rutted out trails to keep the swingarm free.

Razr 2 20" tires are closer to 21" when new because of the tread depth.

Subframe is straight,  no bends.  Is useable in current shape but could use some reworking on a couple mounts
Headstay is sold but subframe will come with front motor mount which has a cut in it, could be welded and work just fine

Plastic has zero cracks, great condition

I usually go riding with dirtbike guys

get yourself a syringe and a rubber hose that fits tight on the bleeder.  push the rubber hose onto the syringe, suck up some brake fluid with it, open the bleeder and push the fluid from the bottom to the top

close the bleeder once you see the reservoir fill up and do the other side

pump the brakes about 10 times.  on the 10th time, pull the lever all the way to the bar, open the bleeder, close the bleeder, let off the lever

do that a couple times on both sides and your brakes will be solid, if not you are either not closing the bleed before releasing the lever or you might have a bypassing master cylinder and need a new one

I agree with the tuning the powerband comment

My billet 36mm is same way

Richen and top end pulls harder, lean and bottom end is insane snappy

Find the middle point and you get both.  Try less clicks.  

1 click makes a big difference
