Good to hear. We almost had three guys at once out on missiles MLK weekend a few years back. I saw one out in cali for somewhere around 6 grand with a 500r motor in it. He he not for me.

Glad to hear John is still around. He helped me a lot with this bike and i owe him props. Talked to him several times. He has a business that makes his bacon so the kits get made when his world slows down. Simple fact to keep in mind if you call him for a kit. I got mine when he was still making them in batches and it took about a year and a half.

My debate is what kinda forks to go with, I sent Jason hall a message yesterday and got his number, been waiting on Kasey for a suggestion also... never had a trike myself...

Cant help you on the forks. I run stock forks with progressive springs.

Thanks. It was a frame up build. Stupid amout of money and haven't even touched the motor.

Didn't the original Missle have a counter shaft driving the rear wheel? This one you got freaking rocks.

It has a jackshaft similar to the Yamaha BWs but it has a way to adjust the front chain. The Yamaha had no way to adjust the slack out of the front chain.

I also have a Fatcat and there is no comparison. Going from a Fatcat to a Missle is like getting off a tractor and hopping into a 68 Camaro SS. LOL.

i was just looking on the web last night for one of thoes kits. i want to build one for my next toy. they like a blast to ride

They only make a small number of kits a year so you might have to get on a waiting list. I waited several months before I received it. Worth the wait. I have been riding it for three years now at the dunes and there is nothing like it. I hear a lot of people say the Missles have handling issues with the steeper rake but you just have to put the time into learning how to ride it. I know these bikes inside out and will answer any question I can.

Spring and revalve for my 250r Missle last fall. Made a world of difference.
