I had a New radiator built for the 150 and need to mount it up. It needs a Engine Rebuild and Powder coat and a Brake disk guard, but is essentially done. Once I get the Hybrid frame Done I am on to a Tecate-4 frame clip and Get the Kawie engine built. Not sure on if I will stroke it or just big bore it,it be at least a 285 maybe a 318/330 Need to Get a pipe built once I get Frame Sorted out.

I had a sectional test Pipe built. theres about 10 possible ways to assemble the pipe not including sliding the Dwell anywhere in between min and Max.
This is the same engine I have I run for a Few years on the Ice with varying success. I was Fighting a Engine heat issue. this pipe cures that and makes more power with a lot bigger stinger ID. I can fit the reducer I have over the stinger on any of the other pipes I have tried. Very happy With the result. Now I can add some new porting and maybe a Bigger Carb to.
Hoping to have the chassis done in the next Couple weeks, we will see what happens.

Actually Just got back to working on it. Changed a few things from the original plan. Ill get some updated Pictures. I had Dynoport build me a NEW test pipe and I picked up a few hp, I was waiting on a Linkage to try, going with a Cr 500 I had intended to use a No Link for Simplicity, but none of the Angle or mount points worked out. That's been the biggest holdup.

Not sure on the Pipe, Have a Hall on loan to Ill see if its going to fit and clear the tire screws. I worked on rear suspension linkages yesterday so far TRX 250r or 450r are looking really promising, but the top of shock sits way high in the frame and Id like a straight shot from Filter to carb so Im waiting on a Raptor 660 linkage I just bought for 10 bucks on Ebay.

Should be some new pics this weekend hoping to have it finished up.

Tom is extremely helpful but typically wont cut singles, I have to buy 6 blanks at a time to get The Domes I want for my Lt engines.  I can have him stop at any point so I could finish the domes.

I have a couple old Domes I could cut to see if you could use a modified off the shelf pro design, I was thinkin it looked similar to a Sprock Tri Z Dome also.
