when i get a chance i will pull both covers of and verify everything, but yes i am aware of the dots on the crank as well, and am 99% sure they are all lined up.  just trying to get a head start when i get it broke down.

forgot to mention it does also have a very low hour hot rod crank setup the was replaced prior to and ran a few hours on the original cylinder do to excessive bearing play in the stock one

i have a 350 (78mm piston) pro-x jug i put on a 86 motor.  the motor seems to have quite a bit of vibration through all rpm.  all of the dots where lined up when the motor was assembled.  i had a machined aluminum balancer cap that i had picked up in a pile of parts somewhere down the line that i put in as well.  the bearings seemed good on both ends.  is there something a guy can do to help, or is this just the nature of the beast with the big bores and heavier than stock pistons. thanks

is the sleeve that is required to be relieved for the head studs considered a bb sleeve?  if so, where is a source for the pistons?  thanks

on a 86 jug with the extra thick sleeve installed with the stock 86 length rod, what is the max bore on these?  i have seen pistons up to 69.5, but i thought i have seen builds with a 72mm bore on a stock looking jug.  is that right?  and if so, what pistons are they using?  thanks

i have been accumulating parts for an ignition setup on my 86r.  right know i have a mildly ported factory jug, fmf gold pipe/silencer, with a v3 reed cage, k&n air filter.  i will be updating soon to a 38 mm as with a ported 350 prox jug.  right know i have a 2001 cr250 flywheel and coil, and a 2001 cr125 cdi.  i need to get a stator setup with the adapter plate.  i would like to use one that i can run lights with.  what is the best way/options to do this? it will be for trail and wood riding with buddies.  thanks
