I wrote this post because I had some difficult to find lower balljoints, I did removed them 3 days ago and did sent them to my local builder, it's wrote COM 12 and I believe they are from Frap. Found something that was looking like it, but my builder will do the rest. Also I have been able to find a bushing set at atvbushings.com with a vernier, pictures and multiple e-mail. They were alsmost perfect, but I needed to add a finger polish nail coat inside my a-arms to get them enough tight.

Mines are from a 250r geometry made to accept the ktm sx450 engine, not it is back with 250r engine mounts and still be a 250r geometry, a-arms and swing arm. Linkage of a crf450 2004 instead of 1991 cr500 linkage like most of others 250r aftermarket geometry. I had some problems finding parts for all my stuff, prp are close, a guy who was building with them or for them is now the one to get new parts for those build, but he is to busy to proceed an orther even if he have all the parts.

Wanted / Curtis Sparks big bore 330mx exhaust
« on: April 01, 2014, 10:53:04 PM »
I need an exhaust to go with my soon to be finish ct350 stroked +4 mx ported engine. I would consider also a led 350g. I have a trx 5 CM and want to run an airbox for mx races so I have to get her sold or moded into a regular mount.

Thank you, Max.

Body and Controls / Laker customs
« on: February 28, 2014, 02:55:38 PM »
On the other site they are talking about buying batch of a certain color, I am currently really not ready to buy a new set, I was trying to info about Lakers thinking they were still available for later. I like to get infos on multiple things, even if I will buy them later so I can make plans about what I would like to to. I have to pay for the other half of the CT350 I need to pay, my local builder was trying to sell it, he let me give him the half of the price to reserve it last week. But now I will have to pay the other half, get him to buy a new piston, bore, +4 stroker that is going with the mx port job already done on it, buy new bearings and have the case machined. I like fullbore fenders, if I am able to buy a set when I will be ready that would be good, Lakers could have been a really nice alternative to them.

Cylinder was on a healty runing bottom end but way not enough powerfull for me, good compression, has the thick sleeve in it no port job done at all. I have been told port are more restrictive than oem ones so that's why it wasn't developping much. I am not trying to teach someone something about the thick sleeve in it, maybe folks here could tell more about it than I have been tol about. I have been told this sleeve could be bore until to get 310, cylinder is currently on a 68.5mm bore with the actual piston that is going with. I was equal with newest 450 and my setup with that cylinder so not enough poneys, so I change it for a CT350 +4 mx ported cylinder, I will have to buy a new +4 crank and bearings also, having cases honed for it too.
