Neither dr suggest surgery. They both say 95% heal up. Idk what im doing to irritate it. Heat is the best feeling thing.

Hello, i fell almost 3 years ago on the ice with all my weight on my elbow and the last year my elbow has been really tender and certain had positions it really hurts. Im set for surgery but idk if im gonna do it 3 months off work because if restrictions. I cant afford that at least now. What have you all one for therapy specifically,medication and braces.

In my spare time not selling decals I custom build these 1/16th models of pulling tractors. Been doing it for 15 years with my life long friend. We utilize resin casting, laser cutting, water jetting, CNC mill & lathe, 3D printing and base coat clear coat paint. Enjoy.
