I thought you all might come up with a thickness everyone could use and I would make a bunch of washers for out community. But it never seemed to happen. Good luck, We only were able to come up with different thicknesses of washers to help with the difference of clutch push rods. I still have those sets.

I am glad the smart carb worked for you. We were running 400+ cc motors. Jetting to lean and burned a few bores. X tra crispy throttle response. But seemed to die for no reason. Have not been able to play with them since I lost use of my right arm. Thanks for the update, Pumashine

I did a thread on this a few years ago. I was offering different thickness of stainless steel washers to fine tune after clutch update. Looks like you are where you need to be.

Break her out and give her some love. Gusset kits are in stock and ship the next day. I only have 3 Honda stands left and  the Honda winged ones are in production.

I tried bending some 5/8" round tube the same shape. Got like 20 done but have to make a jig to cut to 7". Some peeps said they would prefer the 3/4" square tubing but I have not been able to find anyone to do it.

The ones with polished insides are mine.  Phil did these custom for me - I can say his attention to detail and customer service has been great.  The initial set HE was not pleased with, so he purchased a full new polishing setup to bring the shine to a place he was happy with.

The polish looks good. Saw these earlier on Facebook. It was noted the thickness was reassuring. Great to have someone making cool stuff. Thumbs up to Mr. Phil Rohde.  My polisher showed up last week after 2 years. I will be having the shiny motor mounts available again.

Just because people don't agree with you does not mean they are against you. Lots of people disagree with some of my thinking. Well like you it makes me try harder to prove them wrong. But I dont hold it against someone to have a different opinion then me.

Some guys swear up and down with compression checks ans leak down checks. You spend your time what you like to do I am just going to go ride.  We all ride the 250r, thats good enough for me.

I wondered what happen to F Red. I miss his input along with Desert R from time to time. Try to be patient you guys. We need all the experienced R Guru's to wake us up from time to time. Just because  we don't leave positive or negative feedback does not mean we do not appreciate your input on .org.

I made up all the parts and my stoner machinist tapped the wrong pitch on the thread. He then tapped them the fine thread. I am gonna remake these. Really sucks cause I made 50 stets for the 3 wheeler.

1.065" OD or 27mm  .803 ID  and 1.178" long, about 30mm long. I think Carlos makes them.
