My last hybrid was an ltr with 012 rmz450 Handled well and very smooth power but could not handle the vibration and kept cracking frames

Troybiuld on here makes the alloy tanks for the fuel pump I'm just waiting on reply from him also waiting on swingarm from Walsh till that gets here I'm going to up the power on the motor

First pic with 07 motor second 014 motor just placed in to see what is needed I've just ordered new swingarm cr link from Walsh Old one was cracked and twisted could not be saved
Bottom mounts need to be 1/4" wider both sides and refab top & front mounts
will let you know the progress as I go

Yes it has the mount for the rear brake rotor & it the same style Laeger's swingarms use. The 02 & up Walsh swingarms use the Polaris rear brake guard. I think the rear guard rail you are looking for is the Polaris style.

My swingarm is with my engine Biulder I'll get pic to day to post it on here whe you buy these frame second hand you don't know what the previous owners have changed

02/08  250r cr500 link I've been on to Walsh just waiting on price and shipping I've been told this can take time
so useing this time to get motor checked over

I have crf450 lonestar chassis 04 I was  beying a pep rear shock off a ktm sfx 450 witch is 18" eye to eye that is the length on the rear of the lsr no link swing arm I was told that i need to find out some info
stroke and ratio of the shock eny one help cheers Paul

We have the same lsr chassis with 08 crf450 and looking for air boot ideas and pipe to make the motor to rev out cleaner
as the air box is to far back in the sub frame

We're did you get the pipe from? When ordering did you ask for the 450r pipe or do thay make one to fit the 250 chassis
