Engine and Bottom End / best oil to mix with race fuel?

Just wanted to see some opinions on what brand of oil everyone is mixing with their fuel. I'm currently building a ESR 350 and for many years I have ran motule 800t with very good luck. I've been running a 32:1 ratio with 110 octane. I've also been hearing good things about amsoil.

My name is Matt.  I'm from Tennessee. I've had 250r's for about the last 16 years. I've also had a couple banshees and 4 strokes. But I still like the R the best! I've always messed with ATVs since I was a kid and always will. My wife currently has a banshee but at least now I have her mixing gas as well. Lol I'm currently in the middle of a motor build. Installing a ESR 350 kit. I'll post some pics when I get the motor complete.

This engine stand is sweet! Would be very useful when doing engine work and a nice show peice to have setting in the shop! By the way, great forum.
