So I changed up the tires on this thing. The 20” front and 18” rear weren’t cutting it in the trails I ride. So on went a set of Maxxis 22”x7x10 front tires and 20x11x8 rear tires. The xc tires handle way better in the stuff inride in and makes the quad even more of a pleasure to ride. Between the Roll front end and CR500 rear this thing handles it all. Very pleased how the quad turned out. Handles better than I imagined it would, however I’m a bit wide for the trails and will be narrowing the quad up both front and rear to make it more trail friendly.

On another note, between Pro-boltusa and racetechtitanium, you can get every single bolt for our quads. Anything you want they have. I’ve recently changed my Front shock mount bolts to blue titanium along with my upper rear shock mount. Sub frame and chain roller all titanium bolts.

I'm curious as well. Looks like Pro-Bolt USA parts

I went on Pro-Boltusa.com. They have the countersunk washers, screws and bolts you would need. These happen to be aluminum holding the Fourwerx cover on. Titanium didn’t have the red screws but I do have another set that’s the same except the screw is natural and those are all titanium fasteners. Titanium is expensive. The aluminum wasn’t bad at all.

TBone, the weekend pineyo is referring to I don’t have any pics sorry but I can assure you this bitch gets ridden like it’s suppose to. I’ve only had it out less than a handful of times so I’m still tuning and adjusting but it’s crispy and hauls ass. Bubba did an amazing job on the cylinder.

She’s a pretty bitch but don’t just sit in the garage that’s for sure. Can’t imagine why people build these high dollar machines and let them sit. And not to pat myself on the back but the pictures do this thing no justice. I believe I haven’t missed a thing on this. Fourwerx hood installed this past week. Check out how I mounted it in the next photo.

Custom Galfer Brake lines came today. I think they turned out dope. Smoked gray line with blue fittings and red banjo bolts. I know the build has been delayed quite often but hopefully I’ll have it done soon. I never figured I’d have as many issues building a custom bike but I guess that’s how these things go. Lines are installed and bled. I’m really liking the feel of the 450r front brakes. They feel very tight and I’m sure I have to attribute some of that to the stainless lines.

Here it is folks. Finally coming together. Had a few hiccups but hope to be done very soon. I guess working with custom stuff it’s to be expected. Front end and rear end is on and buttoned up. Did a leak down on my brand new engine and found out the cases were warped from the factory and wouldn’t seal. So apart engine came yet again but is going back together as we speak. On the other hand building with all new parts has been a blessing. Nothing to rebuild and don’t have to worry about it’s service life to come. Long as I maintain it should be good to go for a long time to come.

So my shocks came in yesterday. I’m almost there. Still waiting on carb, exhaust flange, wheels & tires and my swinger from the shop from getting the bearings pressed in. I went With the Pep PB1 up front and the zps dual rate rear. These are really nice shocks. Didn’t realize how much goes into setting them up the right way. Hopefully within the week I should have the rest of my parts and be ready to get this thing tuned and get going with it. Been a very long time with this build but it has all the parts I wanted and is right the first time round. I also had my seat covered with a gripper cover from fourwerx. Cbr Rad and RTC shrouds and handles levers are what I went with. Front end is on too just need to get the shocks put on today.  Coming out nice if I do say so myself.

Nice, how does the subframe fit?

Subframe fits perfect as it should. There where only a few small things that needed tweaking with this frame especially considering it is the first one ever made. . I couldn’t be happier how it turned out. Everything fits nice and tight as it should. This frame also uses a thicker wall tubing then was used on the Laeger, lone stars and any other of the frames that were produced and still only weighs in at 33 pounds. Isf did an amazing job on this frame. Few small things were added such as the Cr coil mount and the screw on holder for the rear brake lever. Isf also addressed the vertical bends at the exhaust port for the pipe to fit. Now the exhaust clears the frame with ease. It’s no wonder this wasn’t thought of yeas ago instead of having to wrestle with a tight fit.
