pipes can want huge jetting changes so just bolting it on you might not feel the difference, might have to rejet.

for instance i went to the dyno with my puma with the shearer inframe it wanted a 175/52 4th clip on needle
put on led it wanted a 170 mj 52 pilot and 3rd clip horsepower gain was 8 horsepower difference in the two pipes
Hybrid Stable
Super Puma Temporarily Harnessed in a LSR Ti cage
443cc LSR/Roll/Stellar Duner
363cc Backup Duner
In progress JP no-link Duner

I've been building my own r motors for ten years now but this 350 is the biggest I've had so far. I know you guys have already stepped it up so I'm glad I have your opinions.

CT porting is decent at best. 350 is a great cylinder to run around on. Had one for a while (CT) in a TRX I had. Was a blast to ride. Its a play motor, MX, Dunes, trails, etc...

Have a decent Honda builder work over the cylinder for porting and get yourself CR ign...this will wake it up.
I agree, I just put the CR ignition in my ESR 350 yesterday and it made a great deal more power and a lot wider/smoother curve.
