Do you have the piece that broke off, if so go get it tig welded back on and ground down and smooth and make it look good.

sure don't  been riding like this for the past 3 years just figured out what's been crackn my frame (s)    think a multipass will work?

Yah I would just have a experienced welder weld on it, have him build it up and then do some nice grind work with a dremmel or some diamond bits and it wil be like new again.

Gotta have good heat control with the multi-pass.

I'm sure an experienced welder could Tig weld it and fill that hole. Then drill it out and tap it
