mechanics gloves recomendations.

i recently was transferred to a manufacturing engineering position and would like to know what are a good mechanics gloves that will be durable and waterproof?

i am involved in the early runs on the CNC machines so i am running parts and deburring and etc.  thanksyour help.

The cheap ones at the home store. Just make sure they breathe.

I use disposable heavy duty black nitryl gloves that I got from napa. They hold up pretty good but definitely not breathable.
