CR Ignition Thread
« on: July 08, 2013, 11:22:35 PM »
I just purchased a CR Ignition.  I am running the pro armor killswitch, and I do not understand how it hooks up to the CR setup.  I have always delt with the stock 250R systems that were less complicated.  If someone could post a pic that would be helpfull.

Thanks, Blake

you will see a pair of wires on the CR harness for the kill circuit, a all black wire and a black wire with a white stripe

connect one wire from the kill switch to the CR harness's black wire
and the other kill switch wire to the black/white wire of the CR harness.

that should take care of it
Anyone looking for a great builder I highly recommend the following.
For CP products dealers I would recommend:
Arlan at LED(site sponsor), Pete Schemberger at Hybrid Engineering, Mat Shearer at Shearer Custom Pipes, Dennis Packard at Packard Racing, and Nate McCoy of McCoys Peformance.

Other great builders I also would recommend: Neil Prichard, Jerry Hall, Bubba Ramsey and James Dodge.

Ha, what did I tell you! Connect them both to the kill switch!

How is the CR setup more complicated, there is like 3-4 wires(can't really remember) compared to the stock 20.
