Hoping to find a nice tool box and even better a toolkit with it for my stock 1988 bike

thanks

Anyone looking for a great builder I highly recommend the following.
For CP products dealers I would recommend:
Arlan at LED(site sponsor), Pete Schemberger at Hybrid Engineering, Mat Shearer at Shearer Custom Pipes, Dennis Packard at Packard Racing, and Nate McCoy of McCoys Peformance.

Other great builders I also would recommend: Neil Prichard, Jerry Hall, Bubba Ramsey and James Dodge.

Hey Dave, Service Honda shows the 88' tool boxes are still available for around $21 but the tool kit isn't. At least you could start with a new box and maybe get lucky and find a tool kit or maybe purchase a 400ex one to go with it?? I'd look into a newer model tool kit and see if you could find one with the same tools.. Just a thought..

Where I get my Honda parts from it only shows that the cap is still available for 11.85.  It shows that the main body of the toolbox is no longer made.

The TRX300EX has the same tool box and lid. If the 88-89 are not available. I do believe, you can still buy all the tools and bag, individually.

Dave, I do believe all years are the same. I bought one years ago, can't remember the year. 1993-2005 have the same part number.
