I've seen this Pilot for sale locally for a while now. Price seems high but cool looking machine! Wonder how a dealer got his hands on it.

I've got 2 of them and worth every penny.  I've also got an 85 Odyssey, probably sell it soon.  But the Pilots and Odyssey's would be a huge hit if there were around today.  Highly recommend.

I saw Troys pilot running through the trails at little sahara.  It was amazing how well that thing got around.  Could you imagine one with modern suspenion.

Its funny you mention that, on my second one I'm building full long travel setup for it.  Interestingly enough the lower aarms have the same mount spacing as 450r aarms...  I've got some Gibson lowers I picked up for it now fabbing the uppers.  Fronts will be Fox floats, rears will be FOX Air shock with bypass shocks with it.  Nothing like a Pilot at 70mph hitting 3 ft whoops!!

We're gonna need to see a build thread for that!

I've really been impressed with the Polaris RZR's i've ridden, but never had the chance to take a Pilot for a spin

Same here!  Rode one in Punta Cana and absolutely loved it. Hate the price tags though lol. I'm sure the pilots would be a blast

I know a guy that put a 670 rotax motor in a pilot. That thing screamed. He said he had another one he was putting in a smaller rotax in for his wife

I got to ride my buddies pilot that had a cr 500 top end and full long travel suspension (axis shocks). That thing could jump and wheel stand atany time. It was a blast when I couldn't ride because of my accident. It was so much fun.
