First & short ride with new r

Well today I had my first real ride setup with one of my buddies and it was not a good one. I posted last week about gas and oil getting past the plug and bought a new plug for the trip. Got to his place warmed it up was running pretty good. Maybe after 5 min of riding it started breaking up on the bottom end power just stumbling. I would get the rpms up and it would take off. Then we came to a stop and it stalled had to kick it maybe 6-7 times to start again. Compression feels fine still has resistance when kicking over. Now it's breaking up real bad unless I have real high rpms. To get up a hill it had to be screaming or it would stumble and bog. Stopped again and it died this time I could not start it kicked maybe 25 times. It would stumble on a few kicks but never started. Pulled the plug and it was black, not wet though the threads were wet but not the spark area. Tried to dry it off kicked it and nothing again. So like that my first ride was over in about 10 mins. Well that's how long my gopro went. Was able to get my truck to were we were to pick it up. Any way sorry for the long winded intro. Now I know it's a jetting issue (well I hope) would I need to adjust the main jet for this issue with the bottom end stumbling? Or does that have anything to do with the pilot jet? I got back home and it started after sitting for an hour but as soon as I let out the clutch it would die again on flat ground.
