hi....im thinking to get an upgrade from my ESR 310 with pump gas dome.the next cylinder should be with race gas.
when its says 104 octane  or higher for racegas is it 104 ROZ or MOZ.its important cause here we can only buy max 102 ROZ on a gasstation in germany.
would be nice if some could help me out :)

In the USA, some race fuels are rated on the MON (Motored Octane Number) scale while fuel available to the general public at the local gas station use the (MON + RON) / 2 method.

Two different brands of race fuel that have the same MON number will come closer to providing the same level of detonation protection than two race fuels that have the same RON rating.

The MON number involves high intake temperatures and a hot engine during the test determining the octane rating.   The MON test method more closely simulates the needs of high performance engines.

Summary:
The MON number is more important than the RON number.
