Photo Bucket Extortion Practice

I know when things are free, we humans get accustom to using free. This Photobucket charge for 3rd party hosting, is a bit high. Need some input on a alternative site. Thanks.  ;)

Would Tinypic be any better ?

I've used them instead of Photo bucket....they are also FREE.
