Mysterious blue Honda bags

I'm working on a set of oem a-arms & needed 3 thrust collars so I picked up 3 from 2 different sellers on ebay. The pair I got both came in oem bags with blue script & the automotive logo but the other one was in a bag with the typical red Honda wing. The 2 oddball collars are the same width & o.d but the i.d is .006 tighter so the oem bolts fit them better. The flanges are slightly different also... Has anyone ever got parts in oem bags that were other than the standard red/wing or something along those lines?:
