who's using a cr125cc cdi

Im curious with the depleted cr250r cdi"s who is using the 125cc cdi

I know Dave rss396 has been using one with a +1 advance. just curious if there have been any issues?

I believe the worry is detonation at high rpm's,
I know different setups yield different results, but as I said with the lack of new cr250 cdi. just trying to see who is using one along with what type of motor and timing you are using..

I have a collection of various year 125 and 250 CDIs to play with - just haven't been riding doing any test and tunes due to +100F temps in AZ.  I'm not sure why everyone is so worried about detonation unless they only run pump gas or lower octane fuel.  I usually run 50/50 mix but will just run straight VP110 when I'm playing with CDIs.
