I got this stem a few months ago and the seller couldn't tell me what make it is. It had a black/gold crinkle finish but I had it re-powder coated black. I'm just kinda curious.

Hrmm never seen a dual mount for inner tie rods before!
Wonder if it helps with bump steer??

I would guess Burgard Cycle but yea like Sam said I never seen two tie rod positions.

Its definitely not a burgard. It looks nothing like mine
