need help scuff marks on new fenders

hey guys just received my brand new fighting red maier fenders. unfortunatly on the front fenders only there are rub marks from the plastic bags they were shipped in. at least it appeares it was from that. they are not scratched and it will rub off with a lot of rubbing. it would probably take a couple of hrs to get them perfect now i only rubbed a few spots with a soft cloth. i did speak with the vendor and he said its unfortunate this has happened and he would work with me to resolve the issue.
Taking a photo and posting it won't realy show the finnish. To any body man out there what can i clean this of with ? i know i can send them back and just get new ones but if there is a guick way to clean these up without maring the finish on the fenders please chime in.
Maybe prepsol ? or mineral spirats ?

You have a dual action (DA) or rotary buffer?  Would be a quick job with a new perfectly clean pad and some finishing polish.  You could also do this by hand.
