Start with a new plug gaped at .015, then check the air gap on the pickup coil to flywheel tab and set it at .010-.12

If that does not work then check the resistance on the stator windings and pickup coil

And remove the flywheel and shake it as hard as you can, if you hear any rattling then the magnets are cracked and broken this will lower the magnetic strength and hurt its ability to create power in the stator
Anyone looking for a great builder I highly recommend the following.
For CP products dealers I would recommend:
Arlan at LED(site sponsor), Pete Schemberger at Hybrid Engineering, Mat Shearer at Shearer Custom Pipes, Dennis Packard at Packard Racing, and Nate McCoy of McCoys Peformance.

Other great builders I also would recommend: Neil Prichard, Jerry Hall, Bubba Ramsey and James Dodge.
