I was polishing my clutch cover today and decided to remove the water pump oulet nipples for ease of polishing, Well I *&%$ it up so I need a new nipple it came out in pieces. Does anyone know where I can buy one of these and what size wrench/scoket fits them. A 22 mm is to big 21 mm to small and SAE will just round off the hex !:dejection:

Getting a replacement off another junk cover is your best bet. I heat the cover to 500 degrees to remove. The outside one can be taken off with a socket. The inside one needs to have material removed from the cover to get the socket on the flats. I had to modify my socket by grinding a 1/6 to 1/8 off the end as for the radius will not grab the flats. It must have been the 22 but I will double check a little later. I know I have at least one and a couple junk covers.

I appreciate your knowledge, if you have and outlet let me know how much you want and I will send it PayPal. And what do you use to seal it up. Pipe dope?
