called twice and got nobody so i sent him an email how long does it normally take for eddie to get back with you?

I just call a couple times until he picks up. We have to remember that he's a one man shop right now and is extremely busy revamping many facets of his business. Once finished, he's looking to hire a couple more people to help around the shop. He's striving to keep prices low while continuing to produce quality products. Knowing that, I'm okay with sometimes needing to call a couple of times.

hi...i sent him a mail last sunday and got no answer till now.i ordered a 310 with some other stuff and its still under "processing".hope hes sending it fast cant ride my R...needing that things badly :p

Call just after 9:00am and before 5:00pm pacific time. You'll normally catch him.
On a side note. I needed a few items, from the online site. Ordered Monday, received Wednesday. Two days from Cali to S. Florida. Not too shabby! :victorious:

It would be nice if someone got him in the phone he could tell him that mine order is still in process.that would be great cause my english is good for writing but speaking english is not really my best part

Don't worry he will get back to you. He has been shorthanded ever since Tom left, but he'll get you your parts, along with a few extra goodies thrown in

i was just wondering what time frame he normally answers emails where i work i cant use phone except for emergencies (i can email though) and wont be able to call while hes open for another week or so but would like to order before then. so please dont get your panties in a wad as i wasnt trying to start any trouble just askin a question. if i cant even ask a simple question without getting flack ill just stay off this site.

talked to eddie today and my kit is ordered. he was great to talk to and im glad i went this route. now just need the brown truck to show up.

Its real hard to run a 1 man shop. I am racing to work and race all day after punching in. By 5 I just want to go home and have a beo

But its hard to make everyone happy all the time. You can only get so much done in a day. Glad you got a hold of Eddy. I think what he does for us is way beyond any shops dreams.
