To pop them out I know shooting grease in it will push them out.  A grease gun has some crazy amount of pressure. My dad just did it on a barn find honda cb 350 1974

I have a test bench setup with a porta power pump . that way I can test them and make sure they hold pressure overnight without leaking,,

I had some spare calipers that had froze. I used a grease gun threaded onto the caliper. It pushed right out.
