Frozen brake slider pin, looking for ideas

I'm rebuilding a rear caliper & the front floater pin is froze up. I put the nut on & tapped on it but it was solid like it was bottomed out so I tried heating with a torch to 200 deg. & no movement. Got the seal out & let sit for 3 days with penetrating oil & tried heating to 250 & got nothing using vise grips on the pin:
My next idea was to drill a hole through the back of the caliper pin bore to get penetrating oil in there & try to press it out. Than put a small stainless pipe plug in the hole:
I wanted to keep the original brakes on the bike & would like to repair this caliper if it's possible so if anyone has dealt with this & has advice or a better idea it would be much appreciated.

I would add a little heat to the aluminum while using the visegrip method as Kasey suggested. Heat the whole boss up evenly

Just reemember there is a steel sleeve in there .. Heat it to much and pull the sleeve out and you just killed your caliper

Well I clamped the vise grips on the pin as tight as I could possibly get them, heated the area arount the pin to 300 deg, tapped the vise grips with a hammer & it broke loose. After that I clamped the vise grips in the vise & kept heat on the caliper while I worked it off the pin & finally won the fight. Thanks for your help with this guys.
