Guys I have a bolt that I noticed was broke when I split the cases it is the top long case saver bolt that goes through the case saver case and into the other case half and I have done everything to remove it nothing works the only option I think I have left is to take it to a machine shop or leave it and put honda bond on cases and gasket and put back together has anyone ever had this problem and is there a problem if I just bond it and put gasket on case half and just finish the motor or do I need to get it milled out thanks

you really should drill it out and remove it IMO take it to a shop if you do not have bolt extractors

No I have a extractor no luck revers drill bit no luck and before I did that stuff I had a 1/4 inch part of bolt threads sticking up and I tryed heating case and use pb plaster let it soak for days and it just would not come out so i ground it flat drilled hole in bolt used extractor no luck used revers bit no luck so now I have a hole in the middle of bolt but it is not perfectly center anymore I am out of ideas except to take it to someone with a mill to get it out

Ya I already shot my self in the foot I thought of it right after I ground it down

After you or some one else drills it out put in a 6mm helicoil and your are back where it needs to be. Have done it a few times with success every time.

this would be your best bet them like puma said just put a heli-coil in it

I had it done at a machine shop they used what they called a time sert I think they called it is that a ok way to do it

Timesert or helicoil are the most recommended way of doing it. Probably cost $30? The hole is drilled out to the next tap size. Tapped, and the insert threads in and gives you your 6mm threads back where they need to be.The insert has threads outside and in. Builders do this procedure a lot

Timesert for sure. Nice part about them is you can locktite the sert in without having it weep into the bolt threads if its not needed for the bolt. Sert is threaded on both sides as stated above,sort of like a threaded in sleeve. I have used them several times for stripped rocker are studs in aluminum car/truck heads with no issues
