I've been going back and forth on how I wanted the toe piece to look. Square...round...a combination of both? Eh...didn't really like any of it, but I did come up with an elliptical shaped toe piece that I do like.
Without the square corners, it's a bit more forgiving on the shoe/boot, more design than a round toe piece, and about 2x the surface area of stock.
Tough to get a unique look with such a small part, but I tried, and I hope you dig it.
