liger against a 225hp triple snomoquad

here is a short vid of my liger racing against a friends arctic cat 1050cc triple making around 225hp.

at the last west michigan event (plantsand approved track) he attended it ran 3.70 in the dune class with no wheelie bar and has dipped in the 3.60's at another track

he was running with him for 300 foot before the big motor come charging by, thisis why the dunes are so fun it evens the bikes out much more than the track.

my bike was running hard but I know it it does not run 3.70's but its fun running with the big dogs

the jockey is my 150lb nephew that can run with the best

Anyone looking for a great builder I highly recommend the following.
For CP products dealers I would recommend:
Arlan at LED(site sponsor), Pete Schemberger at Hybrid Engineering, Mat Shearer at Shearer Custom Pipes, Dennis Packard at Packard Racing, and Nate McCoy of McCoys Peformance.

Other great builders I also would recommend: Neil Prichard, Jerry Hall, Bubba Ramsey and James Dodge.

Worked on my phone.  I know you didn't have the power but in fairness, he did have better (wet)  sand on his side.

yeah where you line up makes a huge differance, he broke a belt so we did not run anymore that day but that snomo runs hard and the longer the track the bigger the advantage.

I wish the gopro had a wider field of view, I guees we need to buy 3 more so we can have a 360 view :)

I talked to my nephew about the video not working, he said in his youtube account, the video is being edited, anybody know what that means? strange that it can be seen on a phone or tablet but not a desk top, he used his desk top to upload it to youtube

I sure do miss Silver Lake! We had some pretty huge line ups down by the beach. Maybe 35 to 50 bikes, quads and rails all at once the last time we were up there on a holiday weekend. Dragging as the sun is setting was one of the best memories of my trips there and I wasnt even set up for drags. I remember some pretty fast Banshees on alcohol but nothing as badass as that triple!!

Johan the big track is nice but narrow right now but if does not rain until labor day and we get a couple windy days it will shape up real nice.

drewski the beach is a mess since we have been pounding it all year, holidays are always a blast if you canget in the place. the snomo runs good but lightweight 120+HP banshees give it fits because snomos are slow 60 ft bikes in the dunes.

Here is some pics of my bike against one of the fastest banshee's in silverlake anybody that races in SL knows Lindsay is tough to beat.
Liger beat her a couple times but she had more wins, so she is still in our sites.
you can see the jetting is real fat on the bike and I have the crankshop 56mm carb on it.
I had planned on just testing and tuning the carb because it was sunday and nobody was out to play with.
In the video racing the snomoquad I had the lectron 52mm on it, the lectron made 2hp more at peak than the crankshop so I have been just running the lectron but thought I would see how the real world testing was with the bigger carb.
The crankshop is so much better of a carb at the lowend and idle, infact even the dyno showed more lowend power with the 56mm.

Yeah....she's running a 10 mil cub right? Hear it might be a little bigger than stated.  Your Liger runs real good Dave to be running with the big banshees.
