So JamieG45 came over today for the first ride and at the end of the day it went well.  Started with a 185 main dgh center and 55 pilot.  Not so impressive on the first couple of hits in the road.  After a few passes we changed to a 190 main dgh raised one clip and 52 pilot.  Engine started to come to life with this set up.  I think a 192 main is were its at but I did not have one and the neighbors were starting to run out of patience !!!!! We advanced the timing +4 on the cr500 ign also wich made a huge improvement. It still seems slower than my pro-x 370 but not by much {that had 10 years of dialing} but it is close.  It wants way more jet than my pro-x wich tells me it should be making more power.  I think with a little more tuning and more time on the motor to loosen it up it should be a strong runner.  It is not a 70hp motor the way it sits, but time will tell and I will report back as progress is made.

good to here you got fire in the hole, it always takes a few trips to sort them out
Anyone looking for a great builder I highly recommend the following.
For CP products dealers I would recommend:
Arlan at LED(site sponsor), Pete Schemberger at Hybrid Engineering, Mat Shearer at Shearer Custom Pipes, Dennis Packard at Packard Racing, and Nate McCoy of McCoys Peformance.

Other great builders I also would recommend: Neil Prichard, Jerry Hall, Bubba Ramsey and James Dodge.

Come on Kyle, are you being a ass or just a little smart ass bud. When not being able to hear it but to read it, it can be taken both ways.
Well it was great to meet Jim and very special to me that he trusted me enough to help him dial his suspension in and his motor in for him. He is one of the nicest guys and is cool to hang out with too, thanks for the great evening Jim my nephew and I had a great time and made a new buddy and riding partner.
Just as I have said before most all of you fellas I have either talked to on the phone or met in person are great fellas and cool to sit and talk Rs with, I can't wait until July at silver lake next year.

Ya i wasnt being an ass at all.  We talked jetting through PM, and i told him he needed to go higher,  these motors love fuel.  seeing how he is in cooler temps, and less humidity he will probably need a bigger jet than i run.

Very very good... pulled a sweet second place holeshot while wheeling the entire thing in moto1.  Moto 2 had a monster holeshot that was 1.5 bikes in the first 100 ft and by the time we got to the track itself i had 5 bike lengths on the field of 6.  First moto was rough, made some dumb mistakes and fell back.

Im writing the write up right now. Check out my Youtube channel for the vids and subscribe.
