These are cool videos. Makes me want to pull out my own "hammer and chisel" and experiment with 2 stroke porting on some old cylinders.

I cant work fast as Arlan, I have to feel it with my insides until its right, because its part of me when I get done.
I learned a new trick though from the video, never used my legs to hold the jug, I'll have to try that out.

Thanks Arlan for the video, maybe now some will see how much work it is to do a cylinder right.

Was said some time back, when you open up the Boysene ports big like Arlan is doing in that video, it messes up the intake flow to the bottom end, well if it does, then LED, CT Racing, a bunch of others & myself have really messed up some cylinders. Not many leave my shop you cant get your thum down in to.

Your right Neil. All the engines i have ported, i have opend up those two ports going to the bottom end. They always start about pinky finger and i when im done i can get my thumb down them. I have always had good results with that.
