hi guys, a few months ago I started to restore my 250r, had the broken frame, engine had many problems with the cylinder, and the truth I'm tired of something always happens.

disarmament engine and remplace 330 dynoport cylinder and cool head I they brought many problems for a kit that I just reesleved CT310 whit wossner 72mm, complete transmission new, mine was with much wear the 3rd jump, new hooses, spacer reed, insulator, etc etc

Revalving and service suspension at 3 shocks

frame install kit pumashine gussets of the location of each gusset was just broken and paint the frame white, and some things in red and send several things to chrome, new chain slider,

morning and I will assemble the frame today I finished the chrome parts.

continuous morning assembly atv, I take so long since from here to Argentina is difficult and expensive matter, and my salary much I do not can save.

but good luck now the project is moving forward

Looking good! Be really careful when you open that gasket kit,the plastic seems to stick to the gaskets and they will tear easily,trust me..lol

thanks friend, those things that encarge, really brought me many problems soon send them to me, I'll shut all 50% customs duty, was a headache bring, so here I will be to manipulate surgical lol!

I was with many tests in college, so here is everything a few weeks late,
completed to manufacture and install my new sleeve in the 310
and you place it on its 4 wheels

one does what can with the resources has, lack many details to finish the brakes, chrome and polish more things, but I hope next week be running and enjoying it without problems that is the objective, amazing that step and more half a year that this still standing, I can not stand but the desire to go riding!

already finished two tanks is incredible softness, and what I change, I'm very happy with the result, the only thing that does not change were the cases, the truth was worth one year walk, thanks to all!
next week I'll do the first trip to the sand!

Looks like you did a fine job sir.  I like how it come out.  Did you cut the head yourself?
