Thanks man!

yeah I can't wait to get it all together myself. Now I'm just waiting on Custom Axis to send my shocks back. Just getting this PC though will keep me busy for a few days.

Called Dirt Fiend Racing on rear Honda red Laker Custom plastics( going with a 2 tone scheme) and some fresh new graphics to bring everything together.

Well I have a couple more progress pics but not much. I wish my pics had better quality, but all I have at the moment to take them is my Mini iPad which evidentlly has a pretty shitty camera based on the quality of the pics. The pics don't do it justice and I'll try to get the bike under the sunn for some nicer pics of how it looks.

At this point I'm pretty much at a stand still because of a few things. Custom AXIS still has contacted me on my shock work yet and they've had my shocks for 2 weeks now. I'll have to get in touch with someone as I was told they were like 1-2 weeks out so maybe this week will be my turn!!!

Also the exhaust.....I contacted both Sparks and DASA. Sparks told me that a replacement Canister couldn't be mailed out to me without sending my complete exhaust system to them in case the had to make an entire rear section because of the age of the kit and how technology has come along since '03. So this info kinda threw a kink in my plans and I figured...new exhaust, why not haha. So I called DASA who I'm a HUGE fan of, but they said that even if I sent them my Sparks kit that they'd have to make a jig anyways which would bring the cost to $2000 LOL. Sooo....at this point I'm 99% sure I want a new exhaust system, but I don't know if I should go Sparks or find someone that can moch up and weld a DASA for a Laeger CRF without having the actual bike.

Any suggestions??

What pivot bearings did it wind up being for future reference? Looks great, I really liked your old YFZ with the grey and blue and I think this build will top that.

Ended up using a 2004 CRF450 pivot kit.

Thanks man! That YFZ was the first ever rebuild I ever did. I told myself I wouldn't go all out again like that, but this build is almost turning out that way just based on the wallet haha.

No no bind at all, they move freely. Actually just over tightened the a-arm bracket bolts to position the a-arms for the pics.

Just thought this was a bit funny and a good plug-in for KY Jelly LOL....

So I got around to mounting my DWT bead locks this weekend and I couldn't get one of the beads to pop on the one wheel. I used EVERYTHING I thought would work...soapy water, straight dish soap, baby oil and about 45 PSI with 2 ratchet straps and NOTHING.

Well I had an epiphany this morning and thought hmmm, Astroglyde....why not haha... @ ratchet straps, some KY and about 35PSI later....POP!
