I used Klotz R 50 on my motors when old switched to Maxima 927 when I had both motors redone and my wife complained it stunk to bad so I went Koltz super technicna plate with castor. I really cant stand the smell either. Would I change my engine life using just R50 over the stuff with Castor?

I run R50 or Benol in everything I own.  I have good results with all of their products and it is the only thing I will ever run.  Everyone has their own personal preferences.

Probably not, castor is a little better, but only at the point of normal mineral oil breaking down.
Before then I dont think there is any advantage and the bearings probably dont care either way, more of a slightly better piston scuffing protection with castor IMO.
Anyone looking for a great builder I highly recommend the following.
For CP products dealers I would recommend:
Arlan at LED(site sponsor), Pete Schemberger at Hybrid Engineering, Mat Shearer at Shearer Custom Pipes, Dennis Packard at Packard Racing, and Nate McCoy of McCoys Peformance.

Other great builders I also would recommend: Neil Prichard, Jerry Hall, Bubba Ramsey and James Dodge.

I started with klotz and switched to amsoil, only because when I pulled one of my banshee motors apart I didn't like what I saw, and then the same with one of my R motors too. It was like there was honey in the cases and the dome and piston was built up with too much carbon. I have pulled my R motors apart after amsoil and they look great, I was sold at that point. Been running it since then and I wont change either, But I miss the smell of my benol.

I run klotz super tech, its a good oil ,I've noticed carbon build up on piston dome and head
But it wasn't caked on or in crumbles ,cylinder sleeve looked good and crank bearing were well lubed

That's weird Jamie....were you running the same ratio with both oils?  Sounds like it was lean.  We have worked on alot of stuff over the last 10-15 yrs. and have never had any issues with any Klotz oil.  Was always very impressed when I seen how well everything in the motors looked.

I think it's important to remember to be jetted for the oil AND mix ratio you're running. I used to run Klotz stuff for years, but always jetted rich(just a little). IMO the Benol was the worst for carbon buildup, but 927 will do it too but not as bad. R-50 isn't bad oil either, had no problems with it(doesn't it have like 10% Benol in it?). I'm running 927 now(and have been for quite awhile) with no problems.  I've never tried any Amsoil so no comment LMAO. I can't believe that it's any better or worse than anything else. See first sentence!!!!!

Supertechniplate here. Run 32:1 and bike is jetted correctly. I see NO carbon build up or any residue I am worried about.

16-1 is the highest ratio typical motors will still perform good with. 20-1 is best IMO.

The more oil you add the lower the octane of the fuel mixture.
