Well I didnt do a chop but ran my 330 a few passes started rich went down. Had in a 52 slow, 192 main with straight 110 fuel then went to a 198 all with the DGH needle in the center clip position still knocks between 1/8 and 1/4 throttle reved out good and had decent power once I jetted up. 70 deg out side tonight. So I then went the 50/50 mix which is what my head is suppose to be set up for and knocked the same then I raised my needle 1 notch lost 8 mph once I did this I went down 1 size a time on the main to a 190 and it struggles got rev past 3/4 throttle like its rich yet. I quit then after that.  I run Klotz 32-1 super techinicplate oil in a ATC ESR pipe good packed DG silencer, 39mm kehin new v3 reeds
full air box with no lid. Thing is last summer with 91 dome all the same it ran perfect with a CEL needle in the center clip 55 slow and a 187 main it ran 78 mph just like it did tonight. I dont remember the knock like this last summer.

looks pretty rich, what changes have you done to the motor from last year? what ignition is on the bike?

If you remove your head and measure the squish band width and clearance and give me a idea of the compression ratio I can check the squish velocity on Bimotion's program or go to Torqsoft and fiquire it with their calculator.

maybe the head is just to aggressive for your combination
Anyone looking for a great builder I highly recommend the following.
For CP products dealers I would recommend:
Arlan at LED(site sponsor), Pete Schemberger at Hybrid Engineering, Mat Shearer at Shearer Custom Pipes, Dennis Packard at Packard Racing, and Nate McCoy of McCoys Peformance.

Other great builders I also would recommend: Neil Prichard, Jerry Hall, Bubba Ramsey and James Dodge.
