I dont have a pic, but can tell you theres only about 4.5mm of the sleeve sticking out of the bottom of the cylinder casting, so all you need is the 4.5mm spacer plate & two base gaskets to bolt it directly onto the 250R bottom end.
If your thinking of bolting it up flush onto the bottom end with no spacer plate, you'll need to machine the opening in the cases 3.350 wide & to at least 5mm deep down in that area to clear what little bit of the sleeve is sticking out of the cylinder casting.
You thinking short rod crank maybe ??.
