That red laser at the end of the tool goes and touches all 4 corners of the crank seal race, which finds exact dead center.

Then that CNC table rotates, pivots up and does the exact same thing for the case bore opening. I believe this finds the X and Y axis.

That CNC mill is almost as nice as your bike haha. Great job on your build!
Anyone looking for a great builder I highly recommend the following.
For CP products dealers I would recommend:
Arlan at LED(site sponsor), Pete Schemberger at Hybrid Engineering, Mat Shearer at Shearer Custom Pipes, Dennis Packard at Packard Racing, and Nate McCoy of McCoys Peformance.

Other great builders I also would recommend: Neil Prichard, Jerry Hall, Bubba Ramsey and James Dodge.

Haha thanks! I'm lucky that my uncle owns a huge plastic injection mold shop. He can do pretty much anything. I really wish I knew more about it though.

It cost quite a bit, more than i care to admit. But the Baldwin gears aren't made anymore. I'd imagine these are pretty much the same design as Yukons. I can't remember where Mark Baldwin had these made.

Little off-season update....

Got a good ride in with the LED 350 at Hatfield McCoy. Through the last few times of riding her I learned of some minor improvements/additions I need to make. So in the offseason i'll be adding:

1. IMS 4.0 gal tank
2. Precision Bar Clamps or Flexx Bars
3. Maier or Fullbore full fender plastic
4. Gripper seat cover
5. New air-box setup
6. Maybe switch to CR500 link rear
7. Complete tear down and clean up

I'll post pictures as all this stuff takes place

I wanted to get killer_250r to post a pic of his Roll airbox setup. Not necessarily the intake tract, but the airbox

All good sounding plans. I loved my factory effex cover. Very grippy and just a clean solid black.
