Hand cone pipes are beautiful. Cant wait to get me some LED love. I seriously will not reply to any more of your post if you plate that pipe. :black_eyed:

It is beautiful but it already has some very very minor surface rust and I haven't even used it yet! Some WD-40 will take care of it.

Killer_250R's pipe is chromed and it look sick. I'll see how long I can stand cleaning and oiling it

Got some good work done this weekend. The motor went in without a hitch, and got the LED 350G pipe all mounted up. Initially it was a pain to mount but once I got it adjusted it fits perfectly and is mounted very solid. Unfortunately the bolt hole on the Laeger headstay doesn't line up with the Sphynx head, but i'll need it for my steering stabilizer

I'm able to get about 3.5in of adjustment out of the pipe but i'll need some longer bolts if I want to go that far. I'm not sure how much of a difference the adjustments will make power wise, but it really helped with fitment of the pipe. It's tough fitting that bigger header through a Laeger narrow frame.

you might want to check the rest of the mounts..my 363 sphynx lined up to my protrax headstay.. I don't have a no link but I do have a narrow with the head stay with stabilizer mount...it took a few tries to get all the mounts perfect, but I got them all after playing around with it..

it was off like yours at first then I loosened everything and started over,a couple of times before they all fit

I didn't even know upp made poly case savers for the R. How much did it set you back?

All the intake manifolds I have for my 38/39 carbs are from upp. All were good except for the last one I bought. The hole for the carb was a little off set. So one side was really thin. And the rubber had small holes in it like air was in the rubber while it set.

It's a monster lol. I think it will be perfect and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one. I think a lot of cases could have been saved if they had this to protect them. Those little aluminum savers don't do squat

I think the case saver was $59.95, it's on UPP's site if you need to check it out
