Like the title says how many springs does the esr trx5 pipe require?

Don't know about cm pipes but the standard pipe takes 4. 2 to hold the pipe together & 2 to the exhaust flange.

it uses 4 on the trx5 center mount as well...

Also make sure your springs are not worn out. My pipe was pushing away from the flange. I only noticed it because I could watch while on the dyno.

I just bought new from esr... the trx5 pipe i just bought didn't have them.

They only ship the 2 that holds the pipe together.
