A-arms installed for test fit-up.  They are made from 1" 0.095 Str Tubing.  Not chromoly, cause I didn't have any in my shop.  My other sets will be fabbed/welded by Jerry and use chromoly, these are just for fun.

Here is a picture of my bender: (bent these all myself)

Here is a pic of TIG/MIG combo, GO LINCOLN!!  LOL!

As far as the cylinder, Dan gave me a 72mm bore OEM re-sleeve cylinder, I just need to hone it a little and find a cool head to match and Wossner or Namura piston kit. I want to run as much compression as possible, 240+ psi.

Fearlessfred, when you going to let me give your desert sled a proper restoration?  LOL!  I thought maybe you guys tried this back in the late 80's-90's.  These turned out better than I expected.  I'm totally happy with the uppers cause I didn't have a 3/4 die for my bender so I had to sleeve 1" over the top to extend them vs. rebuilding the aarms...  but these are just for my play bike so not a huge deal, they work.
troy If you didn't live 3000 miles away,I would all ready be there with a cooler full of what ever you like to drink.I think you need a little more room in your shop

Jamie, they said it was not possible to shift or be off, if the cut file is correct.  I rechecked the cut file, had Jay at FWC check it for me as well and that all appeared right.  I also printed my own set (see on my hybrid thread), I found similar issues with the template:  For instance the graphics hung down about .5 to 1" on the right side kicker area, but I just trimmed that extra material off, the kicker area didn't line up that great, but I played with it for awhile and got looking OK.  I didn't have the same issues as you on the upper right down the nose area, I was able to get that to line up decently.  I could see how one could get off cause its tricky there.  Probably not what you wanted to hear, but that's all I got for you.  thanks for the compliments.

No problem man, I will save up for another set of grapbics and have you install them for me. Are you and Dan gonna come up to silver lake dunes in July,  if so maybe you can do it then. Hows that sound man.

Been traveling lately and haven't had a chance to work on it, last weekend was my daughter's Bday and we had family here all weekend...  However, the swingarm project is next.  I'm either going to use a used Janssen swingarm I have for a 450r that never sold and shorten it (its a +2) or make a new swingarm altogether from swingarm parts I bought from Jerry that orginally came from Walsh/Six5Design.  I'll probably save that stuff for the production swingarm I'm working on for my own chassis design.

No that is a hondaline bumper, I made a different one.  This one I repaired and powder coated.

Troy, can I get one of those airboxs? Looks familiar, that was a good idea.

I would really expect more from you, kinda struck a nerve. I told Jerry he could cut away when I sent him the last flat pattern, as i just don't have time to produce them, and I wouldn't want to take away from the community if someone is in need of a special part. But taking credit for someone elses idea/work when your trying to design parts and open your own company is lame bro...

Hey Mike I reversed engineered them for Jerry... Bro.  I don't sell or have anything to do with them other than that, so you better get your fn story straight bro.  These are reversed engineered for White Chassis.  Mine was the prototype to make sure if fit, this one on this bike is much different, i.e. it doesn't use the Pro Design ring, I welded a ring to it to use a 250r unifilter....  So go f yourself....  I'd expect more from you bro.  I'm done with you, Mike.  You pull this crap without checking the facts, is beyond lame.  How about paying me for those 2 graphics kits I did for you, and you walked out?  You have my number you can call me instead of putting this bs on my thread.  2 faced prick.

Exactly what is says on my facebook page:

"We reversed engineered this airbox for White Chassis. The original design is no longer produced so we were able to reverse engineer the design and improve the fitment. This is the prototype."

BTW, here is what is says on this thread:

I designed some airboxes for White Chassis, which were for Laeger and Walsh hybrids, but I had the original prototype that I welded up and decided to see how it fit in a stock 250r. Fits like a glove, I used an ESR center mount billet mount to hold it on the front and used an 07 YFZ boot, almost like it was designed for this bike. Worked out much better than expected. The airbox fits my YZ hybrid perfectly so I wasn't expecting it to fit the 250r this well.

Doesn't sound like I'm taking credit for the design...  facts, facts.....

And here's what is says on White Chassis's page:

"Airboxes in stock! Thanks to robl engineering for drawing them upand getting them lasered."

Hey mike there is no need to be bashing on troy. I asked you and you said cool. Neither troy nor did I claim we designed them. He reversed engineered them for me and we are now producing them. I weld them he drew it up.

I absolutely said it was ok for jerry to do that. And the way I read "I designed some airboxs for white chassis" sounds like taking credit. "I reverse engineered someone else's" would sounds different. That's great that jerry gave you credit on his page for what job you did. That has nothing to do with research. Im just going to forget about it and call it a misunderstanding as I held you to a higher respect then that but it did read quite differently in my mind. Carry on.

I did not EVER intend to take credit for these airboxes, I did a job for White Chassis, nothing more, my first one was screwed up so I modified it and put it on my 250r.  If you would have called me or emailed me, I would have set the record straight.  You going out of your way to try and degrade my reputation and engineering ability with your post is uncalled for and really had me fuming this morning.
