Hi everyone. I just thought I would introduce myself on here. My name is Joe. I ride a 1988 250r and 2007 450r.  I will post a few pics in a little bit.

They both sweet!! But the winner might be 450

For now maybe. But I've only had my 250r for about a year, it will have some more mods before it is done..

Thanks I have worked hard to transform both from bone stock to what you see now.  The 450 is stock motor, curtis sparks pipe/air cleaner/jet kit, JB racing +1 long travel front end with PEP 8 click big bottles, PEP 8 click rear with DC6 link on stock swinger, graphics kit, quadtech hump seat, 08 tank, tag bars, lonestar +1 stem, hiper tech 3s with holeshot MXR6 tires, roll designs nerfs, and a few other odds and ends.

The 250r is stock engine with FMF fatty pipe (was on it when I bought it), Laegers +2 long travel front end with PEP 8 click big bottle shocks, PEP rear shock on stock swinger, AC racing pro peg nerfs, maier plastics with custom graphics, Tag bars, ODI grips, and a few other odds and ends.  I plan to go with a stroker setup in the next year or so and I have a set of hipers/holeshots I just need to mount for it.

I have a trx450 as well. Nothing wrong with them just not a dinosaur yet so they're not as amusing

I love the fact that my 450 will always start for me.  I love the 250r for it's light weight chassis and superior handling.  It would be hard for me to choose my favorite.

Son, I think you need a 4 poker brain washing, to clean that new fangled OEM dollar robbing mess out of your head :dejection:.

Very nice bikes and welcome from another Okie...  I also have a 450R and a couple 250R's.  They each have their pros and cons, but both are fun. I will say the 450 is easier to get good hp out of, just more expensive.

Relax LOL, I was just saying. I love the R and yes it's old in theory but a lot of R's I see are like new because we take care of them and are constantly buying new parts and such

LOL :sign0108:, yeah I thought that would git your attention.
Aint it somewhere in the rules, mentioning a 4 poker is considered cussing :sign0181:.

Have seen about five inches of snow in the last 20 hours, but it seems to be done now. I hope to be playing quads in the snow after work. Hehe
