Thanks Andy. I really enjoyed this video. I was curious how this was actually done. So when are you gonna do some shock videos and sell them?!! I would be done for that. I would love to come up and go through the suspension school, but that would be very difficult for me, but I could go for some videos!

Thanks for the compliments.  I've been swamped in the shop and hope to get back to building shocks next week.  Just finished up a complete tear down and build of a TT 450R.  Wish I had more time to do more videos.  I doubt I'll do the shock rebuild videos due to time.  I can talk for 3 days in our intro class and another 3 days in our advanced class and that probably only covers less than 1/2 of the things I'd like to cover.

I don't know if anyone likes watching machining videos but we had to make a special tool for a nut on a Polaris Ranger 500 yesterday so I shot some video of it in case you're interested.

Actually, I really enjoy metal working. I was required to take a manual machine shop class as part of my degree in college, and I have done some metal working since then. But I enjoyed the video, and I'm sure there are several here who are not aware of these types of processes who will really be excited about this. Good video Andy. By the way, you need to work something out with the sound. Either the sound is very low or you speak very softly. lol.

Thanks for the complements everyone.  Not sure why the sound is so low.  These are some of the first videos I've shot with the new GoPro Hero 3+.  Also my video quality sucks too.  My camera shows 1080p but after I edit in Windows Movie Maker and save for a High Def Display its only at 340

Windows movie Maker is a pretty below average software package for video editing. I'll find you something better, or someone else who does regular video editing can give you some tips
