Just picked up a esr cylinder today & need to know what these numbers mean & what size it is? The cylinder measures 72mm. Is this a 310, 330 or?

the standard piston for a 310 is what you have 72.00 mm

Ok thanks. Thats what I thought just making sure. What does the E1 & 57 stand for?
