Is there anyone on here that rides pismo quite a bit? I just got to the area and was hoping to find a group that doesnt mind a tag along to get some riding in. I havent moved the bikes down yet because i dont know anyone that makes it out this way.

Hey man, welcome back to Cali. Where are you living at now? Are you done with the Service or just stationed out here now? There are quite a bit of us that ride there often.

I'm stationed in lemoore the next two years, i still have 4 years and some months left on this contract. Im still trying to figure out were to store the bikes but if you guys get out quite a bit maybe I'll grab the r and just keep it in the truck for now.  How have things been Russell?

Well damn man, there is a 300ft track across the street from you. And Pismo is not far.
I'm not sure who to go to down there for metal work. Try Schmidty, he is in Visalia I think. He may know someone.

Things are going well around here, you know, just relaxing and living. Staying busy around the house with projects and looking to buy another house this year. So that is a whole project into itself.

ive had my eye on that track website but they havent released a new schedule yet, debating on if its worth getting some new tires for the banshee.
id meet you there but im probably buying a different truck on the 10th so i wouldnt have time to go get the bike.
are you working on anyhting new or still just have the mccoy motored bike?

I have a 363 Sphinx now from Nate. Plus that ported stock cylinder motor for a spare.

Also have a shee in pieces that I'm not sure what I'm going to do with. There is a big race in Bakersfield at the end of next month that we are all going to be at. Come on out if you can.

You guys should check out the "south valley dirt plex" thread they are building a 300' track and a few other tracks.

Thats jsut down the road ill definitely come out at least to watch one day just let me know what days you will be there, ill see if i can get a bike to embarrass myself with.
I took a look at that wfo it looks like a nice riding area when they open up ill probably be heading that way every now and then

Just come out and make some passes. don't worry about what you do. There is everything from triple cylinder shee's to stock blasters making passes. It's all fun.
